Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook to join our catering team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of traditional Chinese dishes with a focus on authentic flavors and techniques.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to menu specifications.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
* Maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen environment.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Assist in managing inventory and ordering ingredients as needed.
* Follow health and safety regulations ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are maintained.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chinese cook preferably with a background in catering or restaurant settings.
* Ability to cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes including stirfries noodles soups and dim sum.
* Familiarity with Chinese ingredients and traditional cooking methods.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
* Candidates from Calcutta or Nepal are preferred.
