As a Medior/Senior Accounts Payable Officer, you are an experienced financial professional who takes ownership of the full accounts payable process — from invoice receipt to payment. You ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of purchase invoices, and act as a key point of contact for both internal departments and external suppliers.

You combine a structured and detail-oriented working style with a pragmatic, hands‑on mentality. You manage deadlines with ease, resolve invoice discrepancies professionally, and actively contribute to process improvements.

You will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and booking incoming invoices. This includes verifying invoice pricing, monitoring costs, and maintaining communication with both internal departments and external suppliers regarding invoice‑related matters. You will also prepare and execute payments, actively contribute to process improvements, and participate in unit and team meetings to support collaboration and efficiency within the team.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Business Economics or another administrative discipline);
• 3+ Years experience in a similar role; Experience in the transport sector and/or ERP systems are a plus;
• Strong communication skills, both internal and external;
• Accurate, detail‑oriented with strong numerical insight;
• Residence in Dubai.
