Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mason to join our team at Lavita Landscaping and pools specializing in landscape and pool construction projects . The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of masonry materials such as stone brick concrete and pavers with a strong focus on aesthetic finishes and structural integrity in outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install stone brick tile and concrete for pool decks patios walkways retaining walls fire pits and outdoor kitchens.
  
  
• Build and repair masonry structures in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  
  
• Mix mortar or grout and spread it using trowels to lay stone or brick.
  
  
• Cut and shape stones and bricks using appropriate tools and techniques.
  
  
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in all finishes.
  
  
• Collaborate with landscaping and pool installation teams to ensure seamless integration of hardscape elements.
  
  
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure job site cleanliness and safety.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3 years of masonry experience in landscaping construction or pool building preferred.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of materials such as flagstone travertine concrete block brick and precast stone.
  
  
• Familiarity with cutting tools mixers levels and layout tools.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with custom pool coping and water feature installations.
  
  
• Ability to operate small machinery like skid steers or saws.
  
  

Qualifications: 3+ years of masonry experience in landscaping, construction, or pool building preferred. Strong knowledge of materials such as flagstone, travertine, concrete block, brick, and precast stone. Familiarity with cutting tools, mixers, levels, and layout tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with custom pool coping and water feature installations. Ability to operate small machinery like skid steers or saws.
