About the Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to ensure the delivery of high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing both manual and automated testing to maintain product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and user stories.
- Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using standard tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct regression, performance, integration, and usability testing as required.
- Create and maintain test documentation, test data, and test environments.
- Ensure software quality through continuous testing and feedback loops.
Skills & Tools
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases.
- Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- 2–4 years of proven experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience in both manual and automation testing environments.
- Exposure to testing both web and mobile applications.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
