About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Engineer to ensure products and processes meet defined quality standards within an industrial and materials environment. The role involves inspecting materials monitoring production processes and implementing quality control systems to maintain consistency compliance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Inspection & AssuranceConduct inspections of raw materials in-process production and finished all products meet quality standards specifications and client defects non-conformities and areas for corrective and preventive actions.
Process Monitoring & ImprovementMonitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyze quality data and identify trends or recurring and implement process improvements to enhance quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
Testing & DocumentationPerform quality tests and maintain accurate records of inspection reports quality documentation and compliance proper documentation for audits and regulatory traceability of materials and processes.
Compliance & StandardsEnsure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company internal and external quality management systems (QMS) and adherence to ISO or relevant quality standards.
Coordination & SupportWork closely with production engineering and procurement technical support related to quality with suppliers on quality requirements and training initiatives related to quality standards and procedures.
Reporting & AnalysisPrepare quality reports and present findings to key quality metrics and insights and recommendations for improving product corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial or related field).36 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in industrial manufacturing or materials-related industries is preferred.
