Rubber Mixing Supervisor

We are seeking an ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Executive Resident in UAE to join a growing company specializing in professional training and development solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about selling, enjoys building relationships, and has the drive to identify opportunities, win new business, and contribute to sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and prospect potential corporate clients

· Generate new business opportunities.

· Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Understand customer needs through effective listening and questioning.

· Present training solutions professionally, highlighting their business value.

· Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.

· Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.

· Maintain existing accounts, identify opportunities for repeat business.

· Follow up on payments and coordinate collections when required.

· Achieve agreed sales targets and maintain accurate sales activity records.

Qualifications & Skills

· 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B services in UAE.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Confidence in prospecting, approaching decision-makers, and building relationships.

· Good negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

· Strong time management, organization, and follow-up discipline.

· Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and results-driven.

· Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

· Valid UAE driving License

· Experience in corporate training and education is an advantage.
