Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent located in Dubai, where some work from home is acceptable. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and maintaining market knowledge. The role requires active participation in sales activities and maintaining strong client relationships. Please note this is commission based role only and no fixed salary but our average agents income is roughly 50k-100k AED per month.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Extensive knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is advantageous
