Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP)

We re hiring a dedicated Bakery CDP to manage a specific section within the bakery. You will be responsible for producing highquality baked products maintaining consistency and ensuring your station runs efficiently during service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of breads viennoiseries and other bakery items.
Maintain mise en place and handle daily production requirements.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.
Assist in maintaining inventory and reducing waste.
Ensure your station meets cleanliness and food safety standards (HACCP).
Support senior bakery staff and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
Contribute to new product testing and seasonal preparations when required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 3 years of bakery experience in a professional kitchen.
High School or Diploma in Bakery Hospitality or a related field.
HACCP Certified working knowledge of food safety practices is a must.
Proficient in dough handling baking techniques and shaping.
Team player with strong communication and time management skills.
Attention to detail and passion for producing highquality baked goods.
