HR Officer

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management issues and processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Conduct market research to ensure the company's compensation structure is competitive.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Compliance:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand the company's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
