About the Role

We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive net new business and strategic growth across the UAE market.

You should be comfortable owning the full sales funnel, from outbound prospecting through to closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Identify and unlock net new business opportunities across UAE-based brands and agencies
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound activity (calls, email, in-person meetings)
• Leverage AI tools and automation for prospecting and outreach
• Lead both smaller test campaigns and larger strategic partnerships
• Navigate multi-stakeholder, enterprise deal cycles where applicable
• Deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams (SDR, marketing, product)
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM
• Represent AudioMob at industry events and client meetings

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in net new business acquisition (hunter mindset)
• Experience in agency sales or direct advertiser sales
• Preferably experience in audio, gaming, or mobile advertising
• Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, meetings, in-person selling)
• Strong understanding of full-funnel sales ownership
• Experience using AI/automation tools for prospecting and lead generation
• Ability to balance:
• High-volume, smaller deal cycles
• Larger, enterprise-level opportunities
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage senior stakeholders

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)
• Based in the UAE with strong knowledge of the local market
• 2–5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, or adtech sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Willing and able to travel internationally (GCC countries & Egypt), on a weekly basis 

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with UAE-based agencies or brands
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with programmatic or in-app advertising ecosystems

• Consistently generating and closing net new business
• Building a self-sustained, outbound-driven pipeline
• Successfully converting initial conversations into long-term partnerships
• Demonstrating ability to scale from smaller deals to strategic accounts
