We are seeking a delivery-ready Contract Training Facilitator with proven Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills capability for assignments connected to Abu Dhabi , United Arab Emirates , and broader Asia.
Position Summary
This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills expertise and experience supporting HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
What Success Looks Like
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Who This Would Suit
Demonstrable expertise in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Talent Acquisition & Interviewing Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
