Front End UI Developer

Job Description: Were seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences. • Seek and incorporate feedback from users and crossfunctional teams.
• Conduct primary and secondary research i.e. end user industry domain and academic.
• Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
• Create highquality deliverables for key product decisions. Participate in product discussions design reviews and postmortems.
• Proactively seek out and foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development life cycle.
• Work closely with teams project managers and engineers to implement versatile solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of professional design experience as a UX / UI designer information architect or a similar UXrelated role.
• Excellent interpersonal analytical and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
• Portfolio of highquality work interaction design skills jawdropping/transformational original ideas.
• Expertise in the entire UX life cycle best practices and applicable tools.
• Indepth experience of working in a collaborative environment with the engineering team for design implementation.
• A demonstrated history of acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g. enduser research behavioral assessment etc) will be preferable.
• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator AdobeXD or tools.
