Job Description: Were seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to take the lead in crafting exceptional user experiences. Your role will involve creating intuitive user interfaces conducting user research and refining designs through usability testing. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams bring innovative ideas to life and help shape the future of our products. If you have a passion for usercentric design join us and be a driving force in delivering outstanding user experiences. Job Responsibilities:
- Seek and incorporate feedback from users and crossfunctional teams.
- Conduct primary and secondary research i.e. end user industry domain and academic.
- Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
- Create highquality deliverables for key product decisions. Participate in product discussions design reviews and postmortems.
- Proactively seek out and foster connections across scrum teams to support cohesion and consistency throughout the product development life cycle.
- Work closely with teams project managers and engineers to implement versatile solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of professional design experience as a UX / UI designer information architect or a similar UXrelated role.
- Excellent interpersonal analytical and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
- Portfolio of highquality work interaction design skills jawdropping/transformational original ideas.
- Expertise in the entire UX life cycle best practices and applicable tools.
- Indepth experience of working in a collaborative environment with the engineering team for design implementation.
- A demonstrated history of acquiring and benefiting from user data (e.g. enduser research behavioral assessment etc) will be preferable.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator AdobeXD or tools.
