Mix Like a Pro : Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Mama's recipes while adding your own flair to every pour. ✨

Cocktail Artist : Craft signature cocktails with creativity, precision, and beautiful presentation that make every sip memorable.

Know Your Drinks : Guide guests through the menu, recommend the perfect drink, and confidently answer any questions about our beverages and specials.

Keep the Good Times Flowing : Deliver drinks quickly, accurately, and with attention to every detail, even during the busiest services.

Create Memorable Moments : Build genuine connections with guests, remember their favourites, and turn every visit into an experience worth coming back for. ❤️✨

Own Your Bar : Keep your bar clean, organised, fully stocked, and always ready to impress. From garnishes to glassware, everything has its place.

Stock Like a Boss : Monitor inventory, replenish supplies, and work with your Head Bartender to keep everything flowing smoothly.

Safety First, always : Follow all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards while ensuring every guest enjoys themselves safely.

Cash with Confidence: Process payments accurately, manage tabs responsibly, and keep every transaction smooth and secure.

One Team, One Mama : Work closely with servers, the kitchen, and your fellow bartenders to deliver seamless service and unforgettable nights.

Qualifications

MADE FOR YOU? ONLY IF…

You've got experience: You've worked as a Bartender (or in a similar role) in a fast-paced hospitality environment and know how to keep the drinks, and the good vibes, flowing.

Cocktails are your craft: You have excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink preparation, spirits, and bar equipment.

You're a people magnet : You love chatting with guests, making recommendations, and creating memorable experiences one drink at a time.

⚡ You thrive under pressure : Busy nights don't slow you down—you stay organised, focused, and always deliver with a smile.

Multitasking is your superpower : From shaking cocktails to managing tabs and stocking the bar, you make it all look effortless.

You take initiative : You don't wait to be asked; you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
