Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing & Events

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Events team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals . As a key member of our creative team you will be responsible for developing visually stunning artwork for various mediums managing design projects and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Create and execute compelling visual designs for print digital and outdoor media
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all marketing collateral
• Conceptualize and produce new logos advertisements and artworks for projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative ideas and meet communication goals
• Manage design projects from concept to completion adhering to timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure optimal production of design jobs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies implementing innovative solutions
• Archive and organize all design assets including photos logos and collateral materials
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and event concepts
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and events
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and Adobe Flash
• Strong animation and motion graphics skills
• Advanced communication skills in English and Arabic both verbal and written
• Excellent project management abilities including time management and prioritization
• Proven experience in brand development and guideline implementation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
• Experience in designing for various media including print digital and outdoor advertising
• Knowledge of UAE culture and design preferences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence
• Impressive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
• Familiarity with current design trends and emerging technologies in the field

Additional Information :

This role is based in Abu Dhabi at HQ.
