A leading multispecialty hospital in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is advancing its Endocrinology & Metabolic Disorders Program and is seeking a highly qualified Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist to join its specialist medical team. This role is designed for physicians passionate about delivering comprehensive care for complex hormonal and metabolic conditions , supported by advanced diagnostics, diabetes management programs, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The hospital is developing a dedicated center for diabetes and endocrine disorders , offering integrated care pathways for conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, and adrenal and pituitary diseases—providing an excellent platform for endocrinologists to practice evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Role Overview
• Position: Consultant / Specialist Endocrinologist
• Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
• Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty hospital with advanced endocrinology and diabetes care services
• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years post specialist or board certification
• Practice Model: Outpatient endocrinology clinics, inpatient consultations, and chronic disease management programs
The successful candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of endocrine and metabolic disorders , ensuring optimal patient outcomes through personalised and evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities – Endocrinology
• Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders , including diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, and metabolic syndromes
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans for patients with diabetes, including insulin therapy and advanced glucose management strategies
• Manage complex hormonal disorders , including osteoporosis, obesity, and reproductive endocrine conditions
• Interpret and utilise hormonal assays, laboratory investigations, and imaging studies for accurate diagnosis
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and current guidelines
• Provide preventive care and early intervention strategies to reduce complications of chronic endocrine diseases
• Collaborate with dietitians, cardiologists, nephrologists, and primary care physicians for comprehensive patient management
• Educate patients on lifestyle modification, diet, medication adherence, and long-term disease control
• Participate in multidisciplinary diabetes and metabolic clinics
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in clinical audits, research activities, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to international endocrinology guidelines and UAE healthcare regulations
Qualifications & Board Recognition

• American Board of Internal Medicine – Endocrinology
• UK CCT / MRCP / FRCP with Endocrinology training
• European Board Certification in Endocrinology
• Royal College Certification (Canada)
• Australian Fellowship (FRACP – Endocrinology)
• Arab Board in Endocrinology
• DM / DNB / FCPS Endocrinology or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
Candidates must meet eligibility requirements for DHA / DOH / MOH licensing . Licensing guidance and support will be provided where applicable.
