• Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to manage inventory and supplies for our production and operations teams. The Storekeeper will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and ensure accurate record-keeping to maintain stock levels. This role is essential for supporting efficient production flow, ensuring that all necessary materials are available as needed, and upholding strong inventory management practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies, verifying their quality and quantity.
• Organize and store items in designated locations for easy retrieval and maintain orderliness in storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reordering to prevent shortages and support uninterrupted production.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
• Prepare and dispatch materials for production, adhering to work orders and schedules.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure stock accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Implement and adhere to health and safety guidelines within the storage area.

• Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar inventory-related role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, adhering to safety protocols.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members across departments.
