Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Draftsman to join our dynamic Facade Design team in Sharjah, UAE. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating precise technical drawings and plans that support the successful construction and installation of building facades. If you possess strong drafting skills and a passion for architectural design, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for facade construction based on project specifications and design concepts. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. - Revise drafts and drawings as per feedback and meet project deadlines. - Utilize CAD software effectively to produce high-quality and accurate drawings. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client requirements. - Assist in site inspections when necessary to verify design implementation and address any discrepancies. - Maintain organized records of drawings and project documentation for easy access and review.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Draftsman, preferably in facade design or construction. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant CAD software. - Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles related to facade design. - Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to interpret technical documents and translate requirements into accurate drawings. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
