Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist (1 Month)
Duration: 1 Month (Dec. 19 - Jan. 17, 2024)
Location: DIFC, Dubai United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team for a temporary period of 1 month. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Female | Fil
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
