MEP Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Draftsman with expertise in AutoCAD and Revit

to join our team . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the UAE and

possess strong technical drafting skills for mechanical electrical and plumbing

systems .

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and Revit ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards .

Develop parametric models families and templates for efficient drafting

workflows .

Collaborate with engineers architects and project teams to ensure seamless

coordination .

Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and resolve drafting issues .

Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions .

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in UAE with strong MEP drafting expertise .

Software Proficiency : AutoCAD and Revit ( mandatory ) .

Technical Knowledge : Parametric modeling family creation and template development .

Portfolio : Must submit CV and sample projects / drawings for shortlisting .

Education

Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, with a focus on construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering processes, and cost estimation.
