Kerzner International's One&Only One Za’abeel in Dubai seeks a Banquet Sous Chef to lead the banquet kitchen for weddings, corporate events and large functions. You will support the Banquet Chef, oversee food preparation, presentation and hygiene, and ensure high-quality dining experiences for guests.
You are a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage inventory, costs and a diverse culinary team to deliver successful events.
