Finishing Engineer
Theme Blog Studio
Supervise and monitor all finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, ceilings, doors, windows, and other architectural works.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, architects, and site teams.
Ensure finishing works are completed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Identify and resolve construction defects and coordinate snagging and rectification works.
Monitor project progress and ensure finishing activities are completed on schedule.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate material requirements.
Assist with final inspections, snagging, and project handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in *Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering* or a related field.
Minimum *2 years of relevant experience* in finishing works, preferably within the UAE.
*Male candidate preferred.*
*Arabic speaker required.*
*Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.*
Strong knowledge of construction finishing materials and methods.
Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
