Business Development Executive

VERTECO is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand the company’s portfolio of Biozone Air Purification, IceZone Ice Machine Hygiene, and Odour Control Solutions throughout the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. This role is ideal for a sales professional with strong B2B experience and an established network within the hospitality, food & beverage, facilities management, or related commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés, QSR chains, facilities management, and commercial sectors.

• Promote IceZone ice machine hygiene technology to hotel groups, coffee chains, and major F&B operators.

• Market Biozone air purification, odour control, and HVAC hygiene solutions to prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and strategic corporate accounts.

• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.

• Achieve agreed sales targets while expanding market presence across the UAE.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience within the UAE.

• Existing network in the hospitality, F&B, QSR, facilities management, or related industries.

• Proven ability to generate new business and secure corporate accounts.

• Self-motivated with strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Confident communicating and negotiating with senior decision-makers.

• Valid UAE driving licence is required.
