Chief Product Officer

Our client is an online gaming firm with operations across multiple markets. Based in Dubai, this executive role invites you to shape the future of our client\'s sportsbook and gaming products. As Group Chief Product Officer, you will own the end-to-end product strategy, drive Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) and Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) performance, and lead a multidisciplinary team of product and risk professionals. You will collaborate with technology, operations, and commercial teams to innovate, scale, and ensure compliant, responsible gaming across markets. Taking a seat at the top of the product function, you will align strategy with business goals, oversee the product lifecycle, identify new market opportunities, optimise commercial performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across all territories. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall product strategy for the sportsbook and gaming portfolio.
• Drive the product vision, roadmap, and expansion into new markets.
• Align product initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and commercial teams to bring new products and features to market.
• Ensure products remain compliant with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• Take ownership of departmental financial performance, including P&L, NGR, and GGR.
• Develop commercial strategies that maximise profitability and sustainable growth.
• Build and manage key relationships with third-party suppliers and strategic partners.
• Monitor industry trends, customer behaviour, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
• Drive continuous product innovation to maintain a competitive edge.
• Use customer insights and data to enhance product performance and engagement.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Risk Managers.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support the professional development and succession planning of the product team.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Ensure products consistently deliver value while meeting evolving customer expectations.

Requirements

• Experience : Minimum of 12 years\' experience in product management, ideally within sportsbook or online gaming; at least 5 years\' in a senior leadership role managing product teams; proven success in developing and executing commercial product strategies.
• Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Management, or related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
• Professional Certifications : One or more of CSPO, PMP, CSM would be beneficial.
• Key Skills & Competencies : Strong strategic thinking, commercial decision-making, and a track record of managing P&L, NGR, and GGR; deep knowledge of sportsbook, gaming operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance; ability to lead cross-functional teams; data-driven mindset; excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management; customer-centric approach with a passion for innovative digital products.

In this on-site role based in Dubai, you will report to senior leadership, guide a fast-growing product function, and work across markets with our client\'s seasoned teams. Relocation is considered for candidates who already hold a relevant visa.
