AED 5,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are urgently seeking an experienced Male Arabic Chef for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and overseeing high-quality Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine while maintaining excellent standards of taste, presentation, consistency, hygiene, and kitchen operations. • Maintain consistent food quality, taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Supervise food preparation and ensure recipes and standards are followed.
• Organize daily mise en place and kitchen workflow.
• Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients.
• Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and
• HACCP standards.
• Control food waste and support efficient use of ingredients.
• Coordinate effectively with the culinary and service teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure dishes meet the presentation standards of a luxury resort hotel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an
• Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Strong expertise in
• Arabic and
• Middle
• Hotel, resort, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of
• Arabic food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and
• HACCP procedures.
• Strong kitchen organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Luxury hospitality experience is highly preferred.
