Associate Manager

The Associate Manager for Commercial Butchery oversees sales growth by enhancing visual merchandising and brand presence in-store. They analyze various factors like selling space, market trends, and store feedback to forecast purchasing needs for different customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining vendor relationships for timely delivery and ensuring inventory plans meet standards.
• Collaborating with merchants to forecast trends, predict demand, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Developing and managing merchandise plans on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Leading and supervising buying processes, formulating category budgets, and monitoring orders.
• Organizing regular meetings with Operation Managers and Store Managers to discuss market dynamics and category performance.
• Ensuring all brand products are stocked and available.
• Strategically placing promotions and top-selling items in key store locations.
• Assisting in communicating product and financial strategies while overseeing pricing procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Category Manager in the Butchery industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Essential financial and analytical skills.
