Restaurant Manager

Job Description:

Are you a passionate leader who thrives in fastpaced F&B environments We re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can oversee daily operations lead a highperforming team and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the frontofhouse team and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
  

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
  

• Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations.
  

• Collaborate with the kitchen and support teams to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
  

• Monitor inventory handle supplier coordination and manage ordering.
  

• Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety regulations.
  

• Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.
  

• Work closely with senior management to achieve sales targets and cost control.
  

• Train and mentor new and existing staff to uphold service standards.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  

• Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management Tourism or a related field.
  

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  

• Excellent communication problemsolving and organizational abilities.
  

• Proven ability to manage budgets control costs and meet KPIs.
  

• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations software is a plus.
  

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  

• A proactive customercentric mindset with an eye for detail.
