U M A I STAR GENERAL TRADING L.L.C, a foodstuff wholesaler in Dubai, seeks a proactive Sales / Marketing professional to expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence in the UAE market. The role combines direct sales to retailers, HORECA and distributors with marketing activities that generate leads and support business growth. The successful candidate will work from the Dubai office and liaise with internal teams and external partners to execute commercial plans. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across assigned territories and accounts.
• Identify and onboard new customers including retail chains, independent grocers, restaurants, and distributors; conduct product presentations and negotiate terms.
• Manage key account relationships to ensure timely deliveries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Plan and implement marketing activities such as in-store promotions, sampling campaigns, POS placement, and local trade events to raise product awareness and drive sales.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports; use CRM or order-tracking tools to manage pipeline and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, finance) to ensure order fulfilment and resolve customer issues.
• Represent the company at customer visits and trade events; travel within UAE/GCC as required.
