We specialise in luxury cultural and destination weddings working with couples and businesses across more than 50 countries. Our role is to simplify wedding planning connect the right people and create exceptional experiences.

We are now building and expanding our Wedding Concierge a personalised service that helps couples find compare and connect with trusted venues planners and suppliers around the world.

The Role (In Simple Terms)

We are looking for a Wedding Specialist to lead our wedding concierge service .

You will be the person who:

• Speaks directly with couples
  
• Understands what they are looking for
  
• Matches them with the right venues planners and suppliers
  
• Makes the process feel calm organised and exciting
  

You are not expected to plan weddings yourself.

Your role is to guide connect and manage the journey .

What Youll Be Doing

• Speak with couples (email calls messaging) to understand their wedding vision budget culture and location
  
• Recommend and introduce couples to trusted venues planners and wedding suppliers
  
• Manage the concierge journey from first enquiry to successful introduction
  
• Work with our global network of wedding professionals to ensure a great experience
  
• Help improve how our concierge works by refining processes and systems
  
• Collaborate with our internal team (content partnerships sales)

• 35 years experience in weddings events venues hospitality or client services
  
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Confidence speaking with clients and partners
  
• High attention to detail and follow-through
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple enquiries
  
• Comfortable working with systems CRMs and processes
