Position Overview:
Low Calories is seeking a passionate and energetic Waiter / Barista to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering top-tier customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve customers promptly and courteously with a strong focus on excellent customer service.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to the highest standards.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and equipment.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
Work flexible shifts as per operational needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter and/or barista in a reputable hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive work environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor’s Degree holder.
Must be available to join immediately.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position based in Abu Dhabi.
Flexible shift timings as per business requirements.
