Competitive Salary & Allowances

Starting salary with additional pay for flight hours and layovers: up to AED 10,000 per month * depending on roster.

Fast‑Track Career Progression

• Economy → Business Class (after 12 months)
• Business Class → Cabin Senior (after 12 months)
• Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager (after 24 months)
• Timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age: 21 years old.
• Minimum height: 163 cm (no reach test required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• High standard of personal grooming (no visible tattoos or piercings; one earring per lobe permitted for females).
• Clean criminal record and ability to travel without restrictions.
• Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with UAE & GCAA requirements.
• Ability to swim with a flotation device.
