Associate Director, Programme Manager

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end logistical delivery of tailored learning programmes
- Partner with Learning and Development teams to define success measures
- Create and manage project plans and schedules for programme delivery
- Oversee learner administration including joining instructions and delegate records
- Drive programme reporting by collating qualitative and quantitative feedback
Requirements
- Experience managing clients and stakeholders in L&D or training environments
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience preparing management information (MI) and handling reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or WebEx
- Basic knowledge of SCORM
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
