Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. As a Hotel Receptionist you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively Provide information about hotel amenities services and local attractions Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner Assist with administrative tasks such as filing data entry and inventory management Follow all hotel policies and procedures including safety and security protocols Continuously strive to improve guest satisfaction and exceed their expectations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using computer systems and software including Microsoft Office Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays Fluency in English is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
