What You’ll Be Doing

• Respond fast! — Reach out to new leads within 20 minutes and keep track of your calls.
• Keep things tidy — Update and maintain accurate lead details (no missing names or numbers).
• Book appointments — Schedule and confirm intake sessions quickly and smoothly.
• Stay on top of plans — Coordinate with our BCBAs to send treatment plans right after intake.
• Handle quotations — Work with our Admin team to get accurate quotes sent to clients fast.
• Follow up like a pro — Check in with leads, keep conversations going, and support conversions.
• Report & review — Keep our data clean and share weekly updates on progress and performance.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh grads welcome).
• Great communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized (you love ticking things off your to-do list).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
