Full Time/Visiting Faculty Position | International Business/Strategy

The Department of Management, Strategy and Entrepreneurship at American University of Sharjah invites applicants for a full-time/visiting faculty position in international business/strategy at the rank of Assistant Professor. The successful candidate is expected to contribute to the department's research, teaching and service. Priority will be given to candidates with teaching and research expertise in one or more of the following areas: international business, global management, cross-cultural management, and strategy. The salary is competitive, commensurate with experience and tax-free in the UAE. Free housing, paid utilities and other attractive benefits are provided.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS : All candidates must have a PhD in Management from an AACSB-accredited university. An ABD near completion will be considered. Candidates must show great research potential, with promising working papers ideally on track to publication in top-tier management journals. Existing publications in top-tier management journals are a plus. A successful candidate should be willing and able to teach across the curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
