Leasing Staff – (Rental Dispute Centre Experience)
Role Purpose
To manage leasing activities, support landlords and tenants, and handle rental dispute matters through the Rental Dispute Centre. The role requires strong knowledge of the leasing process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete leasing process from property listing and client inquiry to contract completion and renewal.
- Arrange property viewings and provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, facilities, and tenancy terms.
- Source and qualify prospective tenants through calls, online platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Prepare and coordinate tenancy contracts, renewals, notices, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and relevant authorities.
- Handle rent-related concerns, notices, payment issues, and tenancy disputes.
- Manage Rental Dispute Centre cases, including documentation, submissions, follow-ups, and hearings where required.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, contracts, renewals, and dispute matters.
- Monitor market rentals and competitor activity to support pricing and leasing strategy.
- Achieve assigned leasing, revenue, and client service targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing or property management in the UAE.
- Practical experience with Rental Dispute Centre procedures and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy contracts, notices, renewals, and rental regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and case management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
- UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Real estate or property management certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the local rental market.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
