Sustera Consultancy is recruiting an experienced Head of B2B Catering Sales for a premium catering and events business based in Dubai. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong network in the UAE market and a proven ability to drive business growth within the catering, hospitality, or events industry.

The successful candidate will lead the company’s B2B sales strategy, develop long-term client relationships, secure new business opportunities, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of premium events. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s B2B catering sales strategy.

• Acquire new corporate clients, event agencies, luxury brands, and strategic partners.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial agreements.

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while expanding key accounts.

• Proven track record in business development and consistently achieving sales targets.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Fluency in English is required.
