Senior Accountant – Dubai (Oil & Gas Industry)
We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in finance, team management, and operational oversight . The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounting functions while supporting business operations in a dynamic Oil & Gas environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, and bank reconciliations .
- Manage month-end and year-end closing , financial statements, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other statutory requirements.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff , ensuring accuracy and efficiency in workflows.
- Oversee office administration and operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, vendors, and clients .
- Drive process improvements, cost control measures, and operational efficiency initiatives .
Requirements:
- 7–8+ years of UAE accounting experience (mandatory) .
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred.
- Qualified CA preferred (CA Finalists will also be considered).
- Strong experience in team handling and operational management .
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Tally systems .
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills .
- Immediate joiners in Dubai preferred .
