Repair Engineer
Alliance International Consulting Firm
Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years in Industrial Automation Repair (VFD, HMI, PLC, Servo Drives). Freshers are NOT considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Industrial Automation Repair & Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), HMIs, PLCs, Servo Drives, and other automation equipment.
- Perform component-level repairs using testing equipment and schematics.
- Testing & Calibration: Ensure proper calibration, testing, and validation of repaired equipment before deployment.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain reliability and efficiency.
- Technical Support & Documentation: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed service records and document troubleshooting procedures.
- Field Service (If Required): Occasionally visit client locations for onsite repair, diagnosis, or installation support.
Job Requirements
Education & Certifications: Graduation/Post-Graduation: Not mandatory. Special Courses: Not required but relevant certifications in Industrial Automation Repair are an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in repairing VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and Servo Drives
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience in industrial automation systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components
- Ability to read circuit diagrams and schematics
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools & testing instruments
