Admissions Counselor

Job Summary

JakBak Education Consultants is looking for an Admissions Counselor to provide expert guidance to students in selecting, applying, and securing placements in universities. You will support students through every step of the application process while maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding university options, application processes, and requirements.
• Assist students with preparing their application materials, including documents, essays, and interviews.
• Maintain communication with universities to stay updated on admission criteria and deadlines.
• Conduct informational sessions and workshops to educate prospective students about various programs.
• Track student applications and provide regular updates to students and stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up support post-application until students are successfully placed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions counseling, ideally in study abroad.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work with diverse student profiles and understand their educational needs.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
