Manager of Processing

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of processors helping homeowners access equity through HEI products
- Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Oversee performance management, coaching, and formal improvement plans
- Cultivate positive team culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Train and onboard new hires to ensure efficient ramping
- Lead departmental projects, including scoping, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration
- Manage pipeline workload and ensure high performance across the team
- Develop, implement, and update company policies and procedures
- Analyze departmental data to produce insights for leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and quality control
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in loan processing
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing team
- Proven history of managing projects from ideation to execution
- Ability to write effective policies and procedures
- Strong performance management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Resilient and positive mentality in fast-paced environments
