We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources, employee relations, and recruitment operations for our client in Dubai Investments Park (DIP). This role requires experience in workforce and blue-collar labor management within the UAE. The HR Manager will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and managing end-to-end employee lifecycles across corporate and operational teams.
The role requires awareness & knowledge of the UAE Labour Law, experience in recruitment of blue collar workers, employee relations & management.
Number of working days is 5.5 days per week.
The role is based at Dubai Industrial City
