We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Manager in Dubai, UAE . Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals capable of managing workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve workplace health and safety programs.
- Conduct workplace risk assessments, hazard identification exercises, and safety inspections.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure compliance with applicable HSE requirements and internal safety procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety audits and track corrective actions through closure.
- Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
- Establish emergency-response procedures and coordinate drills and preparedness activities.
- Maintain HSE records, incident reports, inspection findings, and management reports.
Required Skills
- HSE Management: Ability to implement and monitor comprehensive workplace safety programs.
- Risk Assessment: Strong capability in identifying hazards and establishing effective control measures.
- Incident Investigation: Ability to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Safety Auditing: Experience assessing workplace compliance and identifying safety gaps.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of occupational health and safety standards and compliance requirements relevant to the work environment.
Preferred Skills
- Emergency response and crisis preparedness.
- Safety training and workforce awareness programs.
- Strong HSE reporting and documentation capabilities.
