Financial Controller

We seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from 15000 AED to 20000 AED per month. The Financial Controller will play a critical role in overseeing all financial activities ensuring accuracy compliance and efficient financial management. This role requires a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all financial operations including accounting budgeting forecasting and reporting.
* Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
* Prepare and analyse monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
* Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
* Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
* Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
* Provide financial advice and support to senior management.
* Supervise and mentor the finance team.
* Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CPA CIMA) is highly preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller role.
* Strong understanding of IFRS and relevant accounting principles.
* Proven experience in developing and implementing financial controls.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
* Experience with accounting software packages.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
