Senior DevOps Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable, secure systems primarily on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Enhance infrastructure automation and cloud configuration using tools like Terraform
- Mentor engineers on DevOps principles, security by design, observability, and automation
- Improve developer experience through automation, internal tooling, and self-service workflows
- Lead infrastructure initiatives and improve CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual toil using AI-assisted tooling and automation
- Drive modernization efforts to retire legacy technologies and simplify architecture
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
- Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor other engineers
- Proactive approach to improving systems and developer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Chef, or Python
- Familiarity with Go, PHP, or C# environments
- Experience working in an agile environment
