Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Landscape Architect to join our innovative Urbanism Planning studio in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Landscape team you will lead complex landscape architecture projects collaborating with cross-functional teams to create sustainable and aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the design of large-scale landscape architecture projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with clients architects engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Lead and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Conduct site analyses and prepare detailed design plans specifications and cost estimates
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and water-efficient landscaping techniques into projects
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards
• Manage project budgets timelines and resources effectively
• Participate in business development activities and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in landscape architecture

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program;
• Masters degree advantageous 
• Licensed Landscape Architect with a minimum of 6 years of related experience; 
• Demonstrated experience in producing technical specifications
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification
• Familiarity with local and regional plant species landscaping techniques and water-efficient irrigation systems
• Knowledge of UAE climate conditions and local landscaping regulations
