Swimming Coach – Dubai, UAE HUNA Aquatics is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic full-time Swimming Coach to join our team at one of Dubai's most prestigious swimming venues. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team of highly qualified and dedicated coaches who are committed to helping children and adults develop confidence in the water, enjoy swimming, and reach their full potential. The successful candidate will deliver structured swimming lessons across the HUNA Aquatics Learn to Swim pathway, working with swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons across our Junior Learn to Swim Programme.
- Deliver swimming lessons within our Adult Learn to Swim and Masters Programmes.
- Deliver private one-to-one and small group coaching sessions.
- Support the planning and delivery of holiday camps, clinics and club events during school holidays.
- Assist at club events and competitions throughout the year when required.
- Monitor attendance and swimmer progress using the company's management software.
- Provide regular feedback to parents and clients in line with HUNA Aquatics standards.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to achieving company objectives and service standards.
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism while following all HUNA Aquatics policies and procedures.
- Represent HUNA Aquatics in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate, ASA Level 2 Award, or an internationally recognised equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience teaching swimmers across a range of ages and abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational, time management and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable using digital systems and coaching software.
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude with a genuine passion for developing swimmers.
