Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights
- Design and develop data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with a focus on usability and accuracy
- Provide technical guidance and support to end users and share analytics best practices
- Document solution architecture, data models, and technical designs
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, or data analytics
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire development and administration
- Strong SQL experience including stored procedures, RLS, and ABAC
- Knowledge of data lakes, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oil and gas industry experience is strongly preferred
