We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing operations of a premium aesthetic and cosmetic center in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strong marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract high-value clients, and strengthen market positioning in the luxury beauty and wellness sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and enhance brand presence across digital and offline platforms
• Manage social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy
• Lead lead-generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI on campaigns
• Organize promotional events, campaigns, and brand activations
• Monitor performance analytics and prepare regular reports for management
