We are looking for a Senior Brand Partnership Manager to join the expanding ITP Gaming team in the UAE.

You will be required to sell the full 360 services of ITP Gaming including B2B and B2C events, activations and tournaments (online and offline), performance marketing, in-game advertising, mobile game development, influencer marketing, PR and partnerships to gaming and non-endemic clients. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the gaming industry and adjacent verticals, and a proven track record of commercial success and relationship building.

This is a role for someone who knows what’s happening in gaming, esports and digital entertainment, and understands how brands can authentically connect with gaming communities and become part of the conversation.

Key Attributes and Primary Responsibilities:

• Use your established network to identify, pursue and convert new commercial opportunities and brand partnerships

• Contribute to the sales strategy and develop bespoke partnership proposals across ITP Gaming’s services

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients across gaming and non-endemic sectors

• Independently create and present tailored sales materials, proposals and pitches

• Achieve individual sales targets while growing revenue from new and existing clients

• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting

• Use market insights to tailor sales strategies and product offerings

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and key developments across gaming, entertainment and digital media

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level, with 7+ years of successful business development, brand partnerships or commercial experience in UAE, ideally in gaming marketing services

• Experience and a strong professional network within the gaming industry is essential (Esports advantageous)

• Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and organisational skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead pitches and meet/exceed sales targets

• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

• Ambitious, proactive, creative and commercially driven

• Ability to manage multiple client opportunities and complex projects independently, working with internal teams and prioritising in a fast-paced environment

• Arabic language skills and a passion for gaming would be advantageous.
