Manager, Workforce Planning

To design lead and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities in the right roles at the right timesupporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C finance and senior management contributing to enhanced organizational agility Emiratization efforts and talent sustainability.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in mathematics engineering or related field
• MBA or Masters in HR Finance Business Analytics or related discipline preferred
• Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g. SHRM-SCP CIPD HCI SWP)

Additional Information :

• 6- 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning budgeting or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations
• Finance or business planning exposure especially: Budget forecasting and monitoring Cost modeling (e.g. salaries benefits costs) working with finance teams on annual plans and long-term workforce projections
• Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact
• Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity cost scenarios and future-readiness
